We learnt about the different emotions from the film Inside Out and created our own emotions characters linked to the colours. We discussed what makes us feel joy, sadness, anxiety, disgust and anger and how it is okay to feel these emotions and what we can do when we need to regulate back into the green zone.
We also dressed up in clothes of what we would like to be when we grow up to raise money for the school peace garden. We wrote down some ideas of what we need to do to achieve our dreams and goals too.
