Year 3 had the BEST time at our Christmas party today!
We played lots of fun party games, watched films, did some colouring activities and ate as much party food as we possibly could!
Thank you to all the adults that provided the food & drink, we really appreciate the support and it made the day even more exciting.

Year 5 had an amazing Christmas Party Day! We played party games, danced, did some festive arts and crafts, ate lots of food and watched a festive film!

Year 5 have produced some flagpoles to support the teams in the world cup. The flagpoles have a pulley system which means the flags can move up and down.

Year 6 enjoyed their Christmas party day on Tuesday. Throughout the day we played Christmas themed Kahoot quizzes, made Christmas cards, decorated our tables, played party games and listened to some Christmas tunes! We are all partied out and ready for the holiday break!

This week, our year 3 superstars put on an unforgettable performance of the Nativity in front of all their family, friends & carers!
We were blown away with their confidence, enthusiasm and beautiful signing. Plus, how amazing were their costumes?!
We are so proud of all their hard work to get the performace stage-ready. We hope you enjoyed the show :)

This morning, year 3 took a trip to our local library. We loved seeing all the books on offer and exploring different authors.
We even went on a scavenger hunt, searching for popular junior book covers that had been hidden just for us!

In Science, we have been learning all about different rock types.
To help us understand how sedimentary rocks are formed, we layered food items on top of each other, to represent the sediments that form a sedimentary rock!
Did you know it takes hundreds of years for this process to occur?!

Today, our dough had risen beautifully so year 3 were able to roll, decorate and cook their pizzas!
We used rolling pins, a range of ingredients and discussed kitchen safety whilst in our fantastic food tech room. Just look at how much fun we had!

This term in Design & Technology, our topic is 'Cooking and Nutrition'. We are learning all about pizza!
We have researched pizza, designed our own and even got to try samples of yummy pizza.
Yesterday, we started to make our pizza dough and got our hands messy mixing the ingredients together - we loved it!
